CHARACTERISTICS
Grey homogeneous powder; cement-based; selected sand; synthetic resins; special additives; density 1450–1600 kg/m³; λ = 0.49 W/mK; water absorption ≤5.0 kg/m²·min⁰˙⁵. Excellent adhesion to all substrates, high elasticity, increased permeability due to polymer additives.

MIX PREPARATION
4.5–5.5 L water / 25 kg bag. Mechanically mix at 400–600 rpm until homogeneous; allow 2–3 minutes to rest, then remix. More water may be needed on very porous substrates. For ambient temperatures >30°C, pre-wet the substrate.

APPLICATION
Perimeter + dot application; or full-surface application using a notched trowel. Boards must be placed edge-to-edge, in a single plane. Mesh is embedded with 10 cm overlap in a 3–5 mm coat. Joints must be kept free of adhesive.

APPROVED SUBSTRATES
Concrete, lightweight concrete, porous concrete, cement/cement-lime plasters, masonry, sound old plasters, mineral substrates.

WORKING CONDITIONS
+5°C to +30°C; avoid rain, frost, wind, or strong direct sun.

Cpnsumption
Bonding: 4–5 kg/m² (spot method). Perimeter bonding: 5–7 kg/m² depending on substrate flatness. Base coat: 4–4.5 kg/m².

Storage
In bags on pallets, stored in dry and ventilated areas; +5°C to +25°C; max. 12 months in the original packaging. Delivered in three-layer paper bags, 25 kg each.

Validity:
12 months from manufacturing date.
