Description and use
Water-based acrylic emulsion with marble powder and special additives. The product is white, vapor-permeable, non-flammable, has an elastic structure and resistance to weathering. Solvent-free formula, tintable with acrylic colorants, ensures high adhesion to mineral substrates such as plaster and concrete.
The mixture is intended for consumer use both in household activities and industrial applications, especially in construction. Used as a coating or washable paint for interiors, applied with brush, roller or spray on surfaces such as masonry, plaster, concrete, AAC blocks, gypsum boards, drywall, asphalt board and plasterboard. It sets into the substrate after drying.
Substrate preparation
The surface must be completely dry, free of dust, plaster splashes or other impurities. Gypsum board surfaces must be thoroughly dusted. If mold is present, treat with specific antifungal products. Correct any unevenness before application.
During application and drying, the substrate temperature must not fall below +5°C.
Existing layers based on clay or lime: remove completely by washing or scraping and repair damaged areas with gypsum or gypsum-based materials.
Application
Before opening, clean the packaging of oil or impurities. Thoroughly homogenize the contents to redisperse settled particles.
Prime the clean substrate with EUROZID Primer diluted 1:4 (depending on absorption). After drying, no glossy film should appear – perform tests on small areas.
Apply the product in 2 coats using roller, brush or sprayer.
Drying time
Under normal conditions (20°C and 65% humidity):
At high humidity or low temperatures, drying time increases.
Storage
24 months from the date of manufacture. Store at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C, in dry spaces, protected from frost and direct sunlight, on wooden pallets
