CHARACTERISTICS:

Self-levelling mixture based on cement and complex binders for screeds with a thickness of 1–20 mm.

SUBSTRATE PREPARATION:

The substrate must be dry, solid, clean and free of dust, oil, paint, bitumen or any contaminants that may impair adhesion; absorbent surfaces must be primed with PRIMER, and non-absorbent surfaces with BETONOKONTAKT.

MATERIAL PREPARATION:

For a 25 kg bag, 5.3–5.8 litres of clean, cold water are required; pour the measured water into a clean container, sprinkle the dry mix evenly and mix with a low-speed mixer for 2–3 minutes until smooth; allow the mixture to mature for approx. 6 minutes, then remix briefly;

CAUTION: excess water reduces mechanical and wear resistance and may cause segregation, cracking or detachment.

APPLICATION:

Pour the prepared material onto the substrate and spread evenly with a trowel or squeegee; although self-levelling, the use of a spiked roller is recommended to remove trapped air; recommended thickness: 0.9–19 mm; working time: 15–20 minutes after mixing.

CURING CONDITIONS:

Protect the fresh screed from direct sunlight, strong heaters, dehumidifiers or drafts to prevent cracking; light foot traffic is possible after 4–6 hours under normal conditions.

WORKING TEMPERATURE:

between +5°C și +30°C, without strong air currents.

CONSUMPTION:

approx. 1,6-1,8 kg/m²/mm layer thickness..

STORAGE:

Delivered in 25 kg bags; store in a dry, ventilated place at +5°C…+25°C, protected from moisture.

SHELF LIFE:

12 months from the production date.
