Description and use
Water-based acrylic emulsion with marble powder and special additives. The product is white, vapor-permeable, non-flammable, elastic and resistant to external weathering. Solvent-free formula, tintable with acrylic colorants, provides high adhesion to mineral substrates such as plaster and concrete. The product is a water-based washable paint intended for consumer use in household and industrial construction activities. It is applied by brushing, rolling or spraying on mineral surfaces such as stone, mortar, cement, glass and ceramics, providing durable exterior finishes by penetrating into the substrate. Not recommended for other types of use.
Substrate preparation
The product is applied on clean, dry and dust-free surfaces. Correct any surface unevenness before applying the paint. The surface must not contain materials that could act as a separating layer (e.g., oils or similar substances).
Previously painted surfaces must be cleaned of poorly adhering fragments, and repaired areas must be sanded with abrasive paper and dusted. If surfaces are affected by mold or algae, treat them with antifungal solutions.
Depending on the substrate absorption level, a primer may be applied. During application and drying, the air and substrate temperature must not fall below +5°C.
Drying time:
4–6 hours.
Recoating time between layers:
Under normal temperature and humidity conditions (20°C and 65%), touch-dry in 1 hour, recoatable after 2 hours.
At high humidity or low temperatures, drying time increases.
Specific consumption:
10–11 m²/L per coat
Shelf life:
24 months from the production date indicated on the packaging, at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C.
Store in dry spaces, protected from frost and direct sunlight, on wooden pallets.
