CHARACTERISTICS
\n<\/strong>Grey homogeneous powder; cement-based; selected sand; synthetic resins; special additives; density 1450\u20131600 kg\/m\u00b3; \u03bb = 0.49 W\/mK; water absorption \u22645.0 kg\/m\u00b2\u00b7min\u2070\u02d9\u2075. Excellent adhesion to all substrates, high elasticity, increased permeability due to polymer additives.<\/p>\n

MIX PREPARATION
\n<\/strong>4.5\u20135.5 L water \/ 25 kg bag. Mechanically mix at 400\u2013600 rpm until homogeneous; allow 2\u20133 minutes to rest, then remix. More water may be needed on very porous substrates. For ambient temperatures >30\u00b0C, pre-wet the substrate.<\/p>\n

APPLICATION<\/strong>
\nPerimeter + dot application; or full-surface application using a notched trowel. Boards must be placed edge-to-edge, in a single plane. Mesh is embedded with 10 cm overlap in a 3\u20135 mm coat. Joints must be kept free of adhesive.<\/p>\n

APPROVED SUBSTRATES
\n<\/strong>Concrete, lightweight concrete, porous concrete, cement\/cement-lime plasters, masonry, sound old plasters, mineral substrates.<\/p>\n

WORKING CONDITIONS
\n<\/strong>+5\u00b0C to +30\u00b0C; avoid rain, frost, wind, or strong direct sun.<\/p>\n

\n<\/strong>Bonding: 4\u20135 kg\/m\u00b2 (spot method). Perimeter bonding: 5\u20137 kg\/m\u00b2 depending on substrate flatness. Base coat: 4\u20134.5 kg\/m\u00b2.

\nIn bags on pallets, stored in dry and ventilated areas; +5\u00b0C to +25\u00b0C; max. 12 months in the original packaging. Delivered in three-layer paper bags, 25 kg each.<\/p>\n
